ABOUT
I’m an experienced Visual, UX, UI, and Product Designer
I believe that my T-shaped skills, combined with my diverse experiences, enable me to be highly adaptable and approach challenges from a holistic perspective. This comprehensive viewpoint empowers me to visualize and solve problems in a cohesive and intuitive manner, leveraging a wide range of skills and knowledge.
Experience
The foundation of my career was built while working for creative agencies. These have included Big Motive (then Frank) in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Supervox (then Intercom) in Minneapolis and Maskar Design in Philadelphia.
I have also held positions with various in-house design and product teams such as The Studio at Synchrony Financial, Communications at Georgia Tech and currently EXD at Truist.
In addition to this, I have taken on freelance projects and contract work for design studios and marketing agencies. Including work for Bop Design, Ph.D Design Studio and Think Company.
Education
I believe in continuous learning and enjoy mastering new tools and building on my existing skills. Most recently, I took a series of web accessibility training courses with Deque University. I’ve also taken courses and programs with Adobe, General Assembly and Treehouse.
As for formal education, in 2004 I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Design from De Montfort University in Leicester, England.
